Rob Zabbia is the owner of a high-performing Allstate agency in Massapequa, New York, with nearly 30 years of entrepreneurial experience. A second-generation agency owner, Rob has built his career around relationships, trust, leadership, and exceptional client service.
He is also the founder of the Exclusive Agency Conference, a national community that brings successful agency owners together to share strategies, best practices, and ideas for business growth.
Throughout his career, Rob has earned numerous industry honors, including five Circle of Champions awards, 22 Honor Ring recognitions, and Million Dollar Round Table qualification in 2025. He has also served on regional and national insurance industry advisory boards.
